As a Data Science Consultant and Digital Analytics Specialist, he brings extensive expertise to the field. Professor and coordinator of the Marketing Department (LabMarketing) at FIA Business School, he is also a Full Professor at the University of São Paulo, where he oversees the Undergraduate Program at FEA-USP and serves as the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Course in Administration. Holding a Master's degree in Social Sciences and a PhD in Business Administration from FEA-USP, he has been instrumental in developing methodologies for diagnosing Organizational Climate and the maturity of Strategic HR Management, which have been in use since 2006 for the annual survey identifying the Best Companies to Work for in Brazil (MEPT). He is a Professor at FIA Business School and a Doctoral and Master's candidate at FEAUSP, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Guilherme Ary Plonski. An active member of the Strategic Planning and Entrepreneurship Research Group at FEAUSP, he also coordinates the Entrepreneurship Center at USP and is associated with the Technological Research and Management Center at USP.
