As the coordinator and professor of the MBA-HR, Leadership, and Specialization in People Management courses at FIA Business School, he is also a Full Professor at FEA-USP, where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses. Holding a Master's degree in Social Sciences and a PhD in Business Administration from FEA-USP, he has been instrumental in developing methodologies for diagnosing Organizational Climate and the maturity of Strategic HR Management, which have been in use since 2006 for the annual survey identifying the Best Companies to Work for in Brazil (MEPT). He has conducted consulting and research projects in various HR domains for leading public and private institutions in Brazil. As a representative of Brazil in the CRANET network, which focuses on international comparative research on Human Resources, he specializes in trends and new models of Strategic HR Management, organizational culture, climate, and knowledge management. He is the author of numerous articles and book chapters in these fields.
