He is a Professor at FIA Business School and a Doctoral and Master's candidate at FEAUSP, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Guilherme Ary Plonski. An active member of the Strategic Planning and Entrepreneurship Research Group at FEAUSP, he also coordinates the Entrepreneurship Center at USP and is associated with the Technological Research and Management Center at USP. In his role at the Entrepreneurship Center, he conducts projects aimed at developing startups and technology-based companies in collaboration with Inovalab at USP's Polytechnic School and USP’s Office of Research. Additionally, he serves as an advisor for the Pegasus Program (promoting technology-based entrepreneurship) at UFSCAR Sorocaba Campus. He assists in teaching entrepreneurship courses at USP's Polytechnic School, with his research focused on the role of universities in entrepreneurship ecosystems, examining the roles universities can play and the processes of change in this regard. His publications cover topics such as entrepreneurship, startup development processes, entrepreneurship ecosystems and innovation, as well as universities and entrepreneurship education. He is also one of the directors at Wylinka, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of technological businesses in Brazil.
