Alfredo Castro

As a professor, facilitator, coach, consultant, and speaker, he has been a faculty member at FIA Business School for over two decades. Holding both Brazilian and European nationalities, he has lived in Europe and the Americas, delivering classes in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. An author of 12 business books and co-author of three ATD Management books, he possesses extensive international consulting experience, having implemented blended learning programs and human resource projects in over 120 companies across more than 25 countries, including Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. He has also presented more than 27 sessions at ATD Conferences in various cities across the USA.
