André Nardy

Aged 53, married with two daughters, he serves as a Decision Making Professor at Profuturo and holds the positions of COO and Vice Dean for Corporate Education at Saint Paul Business School. As a professor and business consultant, he focuses on Strategy, Decision Making, and Leadership. With extensive executive experience in Infrastructure, Wholesale and Retail Banking, and B2B sectors, he holds a Ph.D. and an MA in Management (Finance) from PUC-SP, as well as an MBA in Marketing from FIA-USP. He has pursued extensions at ESMT and Ohio State University and graduated in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV and History from FFLCH-USP. He is a Core Researcher at Nucleo Decide (FEA-USP) and a certified facilitator of Lego Serious Play®. An author of numerous scientific papers in national and international journals, his current research focuses on the applications of AI in decision-making processes, complexity in organizational decision making, and governance, innovation, and investment decisions within the ESG context.
