Her work focuses on integrating sustainable mobility, climate change, public health, and equity initiatives. Throughout her 15-year tenure at WRI, she has developed groundbreaking road safety programs based on the Safe System Approach, working across more than 50 cities in Latin America, Asia, and Africa, managing over $60 million in investments. Before joining WRI, she held significant positions in Peru's government, including General Director of Land Transportation and Executive Manager of the National Council of Road Safety. Her academic credentials include an Executive Master of Public Administration and MA in International Relations from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, legal training, and specialized transport management education from Germany. In 2022, she enhanced her expertise with a Behavioral Insights and Public Policy certification from Harvard Kennedy School. She leads the prestigious Transforming Transportation conference since 2017, has been recognized as a Remarkable Woman in Transport by the German TUMI initiative, and has co-authored over 20 publications. Her current work involves reshaping urban mobility systems to encompass comprehensive solutions including mass transportation, walking, cycling, electric vehicles, and innovative mobility solutions.

Luis David Rojas Guerrero is a multifaceted professional who combines creative leadership with academic excellence as an advertising creative director, brand strategist, and professor at ITESO University Business School in Guadalajara, Mexico. With over 15 years of industry experience, he has crafted successful campaigns for major brands including Gatorade, Pepsi, Leche San Marcos, Andares, Volvo, and The Pan American Health Organization. His creative excellence has been recognized with prestigious industry accolades, including an Effie award and a Glass Screen award.
