En este curso, ofrecido por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), desarrollarás un plan estratégico completo que te permitirá identificar, desarrollar y alinear la misión, visión, valores y objetivos estratégicos de tu función directiva con los de la empresa en la que laboras. El programa está estructurado en tres módulos principales que te guiarán paso a paso en la creación de este plan. Comenzarás estableciendo los fundamentos con la misión, visión y valores de tu rol gerencial, continuarás realizando un análisis FODA detallado que te permitirá identificar tanto los aspectos positivos como las áreas de vulnerabilidad de tu situación interna y externa, y finalmente concluirás con el diseño de objetivos estratégicos. Este proyecto final te permitirá diseñar las estrategias e indicadores necesarios para lograr tus metas de manera realista y eficiente, además de reflexionar sobre tu nivel de desarrollo como directivo mediante un inventario de competencias.

Professor of Accounting and Administration
Miguel Angel Ruíz is a professor at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), specializing in the Faculty of Accounting and Administration. He holds a degree in Psychology from UNAM and has been a faculty member in the Division of Graduate Studies since 1985. Throughout his career, he has held significant roles, including serving as the Director of Training at the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare from 1991 to 1995 and as Director of the Railway Training Institute for both national and privatized railways from 1995 to 2002. Currently, he is the Academic Coordinator of the Division of Continuing Education at UNAM. Ruíz has been a consultant and advisor for businesses since 1978, contributing his expertise in organizational training and development.
