Este proyecto final te permitirá diseñar las estrategias e indicadores necesarios para lograr tus metas de manera realista y eficiente, además de reflexionar sobre tu nivel de desarrollo como directivo mediante un inventario de competencias.

Professor of Accounting and Administration
Miguel Angel Ruíz is a professor at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), specializing in the Faculty of Accounting and Administration. He holds a degree in Psychology from UNAM and has been a faculty member in the Division of Graduate Studies since 1985. Throughout his career, he has held significant roles, including serving as the Director of Training at the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare from 1991 to 1995 and as Director of the Railway Training Institute for both national and privatized railways from 1995 to 2002.
