Miguel Angel Ruíz is a professor at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), specializing in the Faculty of Accounting and Administration. He holds a degree in Psychology from UNAM and has been a faculty member in the Division of Graduate Studies since 1985. Throughout his career, he has held significant roles, including serving as the Director of Training at the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare from 1991 to 1995 and as Director of the Railway Training Institute for both national and privatized railways from 1995 to 2002. Currently, he is the Academic Coordinator of the Division of Continuing Education at UNAM. Ruíz has been a consultant and advisor for businesses since 1978, contributing his expertise in organizational training and development.
