Pioneering E-Commerce and Consumer Behavior Researcher at HEC Montréal
Sylvain Sénécal is a Professor of Marketing at HEC Montréal, holding the prestigious RBC Financial Group Chair of Electronic Commerce and serving as co-director of Tech3Lab. With expertise in Internet marketing and online consumer behavior, Sénécal has made significant contributions to the field since joining HEC Montréal in 2004. Prior to his current role, he was an assistant professor at the University of Toledo, and has taught marketing and e-commerce courses across Austria, Canada, France, South Korea, and the United States.
