Dr. Rene S. Hendriksen is a professor at the Technical University of Denmark's National Food Institute, where he serves as the director of the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Foodborne Pathogens and Genomics and the European Union Reference Laboratory in Antimicrobial Resistance.
