EdxPatrick Dubé, a Faculty Lecturer in the Department of Human Resources Management at HEC Montréal since 2015, brings over two decades of practical HR experience to his academic role. With an M.Sc. in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal and a background in psychology, Dubé teaches primarily in the BBA and DESS programs, both locally and internationally. His extensive industry experience includes senior HR positions at Location d'Outils Brossard and Lakeshore Hospital, where he developed expertise in recruitment, labor relations, management coaching, organizational development, and HR strategy. A member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec, Dubé is known for his dynamic teaching style and ability to connect theoretical concepts with real-world applications. He coaches the HR team for Jeux du commerce, serves on the AEHEC board of directors, and teaches courses on personnel management, HR management for managers, and employee mobilization.
