​Krista Brookman

Krista Brookman is the Vice President of Global Learning Products and Programs at Catalyst, where she leads special projects and shapes the strategy for research-based diversity and inclusion (D&I) diagnostic tools and skill-building initiatives. She is responsible for developing and launching innovative Catalyst products and programs that focus on leadership development and inclusion measurement, with an emphasis on delivering actionable and accountable D&I outcomes. Her work has resulted in positive learning outcomes for organizations, behavioral shifts for individuals, and meaningful impact and revenue growth for Catalyst. Krista holds both an MBA and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
