The University of IcelandJustinas Lingevičius is a PhD candidate at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University, where he has been pursuing his doctorate since 2020. His academic journey includes a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, which he completed with Magna Cum Laude distinction in 2016. His professional experience includes serving as the Acting Director of the European Integration Studies Centre from 2017 to 2018. Currently, he specializes in security policy, European Union affairs, NATO, and artificial intelligence applications in international relations. As a European Charlemagne Prize Academy Fellow and member of the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (EISA), Lingevičius combines his research with practical policy work. His expertise extends to security studies and international relations theory, contributing to academic discourse through his research and teaching activities at Vilnius University.
