Joé T. Martineau

Joé T. Martineau is an Associate Professor of Organizational Ethics at HEC Montréal, where she explores the diversity of ethical management and governance practices across various sectors. Her research focuses on the factors influencing ethical behavior within organizations and addresses the ethical challenges associated with digital transformation and artificial intelligence. Dr. Martineau is also involved in ethics education, particularly in the context of business schools, and contributes to the Unité de recherche en éthique pragmatique de la santé, the Institut d'éthique appliquée (IDÉA), and the Observatoire international sur les impacts sociétaux de l'IA et du numérique (OBVIA). She has published extensively on organizational ethics, including her thesis on management practices in organizational ethics, and has presented her work at numerous conferences. Through her teaching and research, Dr. Martineau aims to develop ethical frameworks that help organizations navigate complex ethical dilemmas while promoting responsible governance and management practices
