HEC MontréalJoé T. Martineau is an Associate Professor of Organizational Ethics at HEC Montréal, where she explores the diversity of ethical management and governance practices across various sectors. Her research focuses on the factors influencing ethical behavior within organizations and addresses the ethical challenges associated with digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
