Jeff Barth

Jeff Barth is the Program Director of MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) at Catalyst, where he oversees the development, implementation, and marketing of initiatives designed to empower individuals—particularly professional men—to become inclusive leaders and drive positive change in workplace culture. He is recognized for his expertise in engaging men through external training, public speaking, and expanding Catalyst’s engaging men programs. Jeff also serves on Catalyst’s Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council and has participated in the Catalyst Canada Honours evaluation committee. His prior roles at Catalyst include Program Manager of MARC, European Marketing Manager—where he led member engagement and brand strategy across Europe—and Associate in the Public Affairs department. Before Catalyst, Jeff managed political campaigns in Utah and taught English in Tianjin, China. He holds a joint Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from Utah Valley University and is currently studying Mandarin.
