Daniel Forrester

Daniel Patrick Forrester serves as Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland's School of Engineering and Founder of Avizhen LLC, following his successful entrepreneurial journey as founder of THRUUE Inc., which he recently sold to TiER1 Performance. After completing his MBA from the University of Rochester's William E. Simon School of Business and BS from Catholic University of America, he has established himself as an influential voice in corporate culture and strategy alignment. His work focuses on helping organizations bridge the gap between culture and strategy, particularly in response to evolving employee expectations and digital transformation. Through his teaching at Maryland, where he developed the EdX course "Generating Vision: Long-Term Big Ideas That Motivate Employees and Stakeholders," he continues to advance understanding of organizational transformation.
