EdxCaroline Aubé is a Full Professor and Director of Research and Knowledge Transfer at HEC Montréal, as well as a work psychologist. Her expertise spans organizational behavior, team management, and workplace effectiveness. Aubé teaches courses on organizational behavior and development across various programs and offers executive seminars on work team management. Her research primarily focuses on team performance and innovation, productive and counterproductive behaviors, and best management practices in team contexts. Holding a Research Chair in Work Team Management and Effectiveness since 2018, Aubé has published in top journals like Group & Organization Management and Small Group Research. With a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the Université de Montréal, she brings both academic rigor and practical insights to her work.
