CatalystAlixandra Pollack is the Director of Research at Catalyst, where she conducts research focusing on organizational practices, diversity and inclusion initiatives, change management, and the career experiences of women and men throughout corporate talent pipelines. Within the Catalyst Research Center for Corporate Practice, she specializes in strategies for fostering inclusive workplaces, with a strong emphasis on global perspectives and cross-cultural themes. Alix leads projects that explore global and regional trends, cultural sensitivity, and diversity issues in emerging markets such as Mexico, while also contributing expertise in LGBT inclusion strategies. In addition to her research work, she is involved in Catalyst’s Practices team, Employee Resource Leadership Initiative, and multiple specialty groups, including those supporting men’s engagement in workplace equality and addressing generational trends. Before joining Catalyst in 2011, Alix worked as an Advisor at the Permanent Mission of Cote D’Ivoire at the United Nations. She holds a BA from Brandeis University and an MPH in Global Public Health from George Washington University, and is fluent in Spanish.
