As Executive Director, he oversees the educational activities of more than 1,500 master's students and a faculty of over 40 members. His research contributions include the invention of the COiN technique for extracting contract intelligence and various publications in academic journals, focusing on interoperability in medical information systems and algorithms. Dr. Bugrara is dedicated to developing software engineering solutions that address real-world challenges and enhance educational experiences for students globally.

Dr. Yusuf Ozbek is a Teaching Professor in the Information Systems Program at Northeastern University, where he has been teaching since 2007.
