Dr. Ana Gimeno-Sanz serves as Full Professor in English at the Department of Applied Linguistics, Universitat Politècnica de València, where she leads the CAMILLE Research Group focused on Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL). Her extensive expertise spans multiple areas including English for Specific Purposes (ESP), Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), and e-learning environments. Her leadership in the field is evidenced by her roles as former President of EUROCALL (European Association for Computer-Assisted Language Learning) and current President of WorldCALL. Her research contributions include pioneering work in digital storytelling, online courseware design, and language learning technologies, with over 1,000 academic citations.
