Expert in Organizational Behavior and Cross-Cultural Management
Jia Lin Xie is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Magna Professor in Management at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Since earning her Ph.D. from Concordia University in 1992, she has been a faculty member at the University of Toronto, teaching and lecturing globally, including in China, Hong Kong, and Europe. Dr. Xie’s research focuses on job design, job stress, cross-cultural organizational behavior, and knowledge management, with her work featured in prestigious journals such as Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Applied Psychology. As a past president of the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR), she is dedicated to advancing the internationalization of management knowledge.
