Dr. Christopher Geczy is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he has been a faculty member since 1997. He serves as the Academic Director of both the Jacobs Levy Equity Management Center for Quantitative Financial Research and the Wharton Wealth Management Initiative. Dr. Geczy is renowned for his contributions to investment management education, having co-created the first full course on hedge funds at Wharton and developed courses on impact investing and various executive education programs. His academic background includes a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Finance and Econometrics from the University of Chicago.Dr. Geczy's research interests encompass multifactor models, wealth management, risk management, asset allocation, and the performance of managed funds, including hedge funds and private equity. His work has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Finance and Journal of Financial Economics. He is also active in media discussions on finance, with his research featured in outlets like The Wall Street Journal and Financial Times. At Wharton, he teaches courses such as "Application of AI, InsurTech, and Real Estate Technology," equipping students with modern financial strategies and insights into emerging technologies in finance.

Katherine Klein is the Edward H. Bowman Professor of Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She earned her B.A. from Yale University and her Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. Before joining Wharton, she was a faculty member at the University of Maryland and served as a visiting professor at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.An award-winning organizational psychologist, Klein's research spans various topics including team leadership, organizational change, employee diversity, and social networks. Her extensive field research has been published in top academic journals such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, and the Academy of Management Journal. She has also served as an associate editor for several journals and is a Fellow of multiple professional organizations, including the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.Klein has consulted for numerous organizations, both for-profit and non-profit, including Charles Schwab and Medtronic, focusing on issues related to leadership and organizational effectiveness. Her current research interests involve race in organizations, leadership succession, and Rwanda’s post-genocide reconciliation efforts.In addition to her research and consulting work, Professor Klein teaches courses such as "Business Strategies for Social Impact" at Wharton. She is known for her commitment to social impact education and regularly brings students to Rwanda for immersive learning experiences related to conflict resolution and leadership.Through her contributions to academia and practice, Katherine Klein plays a crucial role in advancing the understanding of organizational dynamics and effective leadership strategies
