Saul Nurick serves as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Construction Economics and Management at the University of Cape Town, where he has established himself as a leading expert in sustainable building practices and property finance since 2012. After earning his BCom, BSc (Hons) in Property Studies, and MPhil from UCT, followed by a PhD from the University of Witwatersrand, he has built an impressive academic career combining theoretical research with practical industry experience.
