As a chartered surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), he brings valuable industry experience from his work with a listed property company in Johannesburg and project management consultancy in the UAE. His teaching portfolio includes financial mathematics, property feasibility analysis, valuation, and property finance, while maintaining active research through the Urban Real Estate Research Unit (URERU).
