Gabriela E. Cortés Sánchez serves as Full Professor "C" at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM-A), bringing a unique combination of legal and linguistic expertise through her law degree from UAM-A and Master's in Applied Linguistics from UNAM. Her credentials include both the First Certificate and Certificate of Proficiency in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the Anglo Mexicano de Cultura A.C. and The British Council. Her leadership experience includes serving as CELEX Coordinator at UAM-A (2001-2007) and Academic Coordinator of the Saturday Courses program for over 15 years.
