Beyond his academic work, Bishop has made significant contributions to social entrepreneurship in Asia through founding several impactful organizations, including Soap Cycling, which recycles hotel soap for disadvantaged communities, and Fair Employment Agency, which combats migrant worker exploitation. His commitment to ethical business practices is evident through his extensive consulting work with major companies on ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Social Governance, and compliance matters. As co-author of Asia's first English language business ethics textbook and developer of the world's first FinTech Ethics course, he continues to shape business education while maintaining active involvement in social enterprises through ventures like Migrasia Global Solutions and Polaris Tools, which focus on ethical migration practices and worker recruitment in Asia.
