A Certified Hospitality Educator and Trainer for Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics, she teaches crucial subjects including Service Management, Hotel Occupancy Forecast, and Front Office Management. Her research has garnered significant attention, with her publications on tourism photography, carbon footprint reduction, and career management being widely cited in the field.
