As Program Leader of the MSc in Global Hospitality Business and overseer of quality assurance and internationalization efforts, she combines academic excellence with practical industry experience. Her research portfolio spans hospitality human resources management, service quality, revenue management, and tourism education, with over 70 published research papers and supervision of more than 12 doctoral students. Her practical expertise includes opening hotels in Hong Kong, Australia, and Taipei, and providing consultancy services to major organizations like Singapore Airlines and Korean Airlines. A Certified Hospitality Educator and Trainer for Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics, she teaches crucial subjects including Service Management, Hotel Occupancy Forecast, and Front Office Management. Her research has garnered significant attention, with her publications on tourism photography, carbon footprint reduction, and career management being widely cited in the field.
