Professor Xufei Ma is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he also serves as the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship. His research focuses on corporate and international strategy, particularly examining the strategies and structures of foreign firms operating in emerging economies, as well as the internationalization processes of firms from these regions. Prof. Ma has made significant contributions to the field, with his work published in prestigious management journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, and Academy of Management Journal. He is currently a Guest Editor for several notable journals, including the Journal of International Business Studies and Journal of Management Studies. Recognized for his scholarly potential, he received the Haynes Prize for the Most Promising Scholar from the Academy of International Business. In addition to his research, Prof. Ma teaches Strategic Management across various programs, including BBA, MBA, and EMBA courses. Prior to his academic career, he gained valuable industry experience working with SINOCHEM, a Fortune Global 500 company based in China, where he was involved in trading, investment, and management. Through his academic and professional endeavors, Professor Ma is making a significant impact on the understanding of entrepreneurship and international business strategies.
