Dr. Frank Ng

Dr. Frank Ng is a Lecturer in the Department of Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he specializes in the intersection of firm strategy and organizational environment. He holds a PhD in Management and a BBA in Management from the same institution. Dr. Ng's research focuses on how firms strategically respond to environmental jolts and discontinuities, providing valuable insights into strategic adaptation in dynamic business landscapes. Since completing his doctoral studies in 2015, Dr. Ng has taught undergraduate courses at Hang Seng Management College, including Business Policy and Strategy and International Business, earning multiple teaching excellence awards for his contributions. He offers courses on China Strategy in English and La estrategia china in Spanish, helping students understand the unique strategic challenges and opportunities within the Chinese market.
