Xenia Libertad Cotón Gutierrez is a distinguished education and development professional who currently heads the IDBx Program at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Her earlier career included roles as a teacher and researcher at Spanish universities and public institutions. Under her leadership, the IDBx program has developed comprehensive courses focusing on crucial areas such as project management, development effectiveness, and climate change education, making quality education accessible across Latin America and the Caribbean.
