Todd Roberson served as a Senior Lecturer of Finance at the Kelley School of Business, where he made significant contributions to finance education during his 15-year career in higher education. His educational background included baccalaureate degrees in Finance, Mathematics, and Education, complemented by a graduate degree in Management. Roberson was particularly known for developing innovative video-based distance learning projects in Corporate Finance, Personal Finance, and Social Entrepreneurship. He taught senior and graduate-level courses in International Finance, Strategy, and Corporate Valuation, bringing complex financial concepts to life through his engaging teaching style. His expertise was frequently sought by media outlets for commentary on financial matters, including tax reform, financial literacy, and economic policy. Roberson was instrumental in developing the Certificate in Personal Finance and other educational initiatives that continue to impact students' understanding of financial concepts. Beyond his professional achievements, he was known for his dedication to student success and his ability to make complex financial topics accessible to all learners. Roberson lived in Indianapolis with his wife, daughter, and their dog Jack until his passing in February 2021, leaving behind a legacy of educational innovation and dedication to teaching excellence.

Dr. Kenneth Carow serves as Executive Associate Dean of Faculty and Research and Professor of Finance at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business Indianapolis. With a Ph.D. from Purdue University and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, he brings over 25 years of experience in finance education and research. Carow teaches courses in corporate finance, financial risk management, and financial institutions at both undergraduate and graduate levels, earning ten teaching awards during his tenure. His research primarily focuses on banking, debt design, and financial institutions, with 26 published papers in leading journals such as the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Strategic Management Journal. Beyond academia, Carow serves on the Board of Directors for Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and previously held positions on the boards of Lutheran High School Indianapolis and the Midwest Finance Association. His expertise in healthcare management and understanding of both for-profit and non-profit organizational structures makes him particularly effective in teaching financial concepts to healthcare professionals in the Physician MBA Program. Carow's commitment to excellence in teaching was recently recognized when he was named among the "Favorite Professors of Executive MBAs" by Poets and Quants in 2023.
