Joel Dutra is a professor and holds the position of livre-docente at the University of São Paulo. He has a Ph.D. in Administration from the University of São Paulo and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo. His expertise lies in the field of Administration, with a focus on Human Resource Management, particularly in competency management, careers, people management, and leadership development. He is also the coordinator of the Program of Studies in People Management (PROGEP) at the Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA). Professor Dutra is a prolific author and consultant in human resource management, serving as a director at Growth Consultoria. He has extensive experience in strategic HR management, performance, job and career strategies, and change management. His work includes teaching courses on leadership development and human resource management, and he is involved in various educational programs, including an MBA in HR. Additionally, he participates in events like the "Café com Líderes," where he discusses strategic HR management based on competencies.

Lina Nakata is a professor at FIA Business School, Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and the Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz. She holds a Ph.D., Master's, and Bachelor's degree in Administration from FEAUSP. Her career spans research and consultancy in Human Resource Management, focusing on careers, sports, diversity, organizational climate, and learning. She is Co-President of the Professional Women Network (PWN) São Paulo and Marketing Director of Angrad, as well as a volunteer at Sempre FEA. Previously, she served as a professor at institutions such as Insper, Ibmec, Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, and ESAGS. Internationally, she has taught and conducted research at Universidad Autónoma del Caribe in Colombia and Northern Illinois University in the USA. Her work emphasizes leadership development and inclusion in organizations.
