Vous explorerez diverses techniques comme les entretiens, l'observation, les sondes culturelles, les questionnaires et l'analyse web. Vous apprendrez à distinguer les différents types de données (internes, externes, primaires, secondaires) et à comprendre les objectifs, avantages et inconvénients des méthodes qualitatives et quantitatives en UX. Le cours couvre également les entretiens utilisateurs, groupes de discussion, observations, enquêtes, analyses de données physiologiques, tri de cartes, tests utilisateurs et tests A/B.
