As a board-certified Nurse Executive and certified mediator for Nebraska, she combines clinical expertise with administrative leadership. Her research interests encompass innovation in nursing education, healthcare services, victimology, and routine activities theory. In her role as Dean, she oversees curriculum design, program growth, and addresses complex healthcare challenges including nursing shortages and evolving health conditions.
