Dhruv Bhate is an associate professor at Arizona State University (ASU) in the School of Manufacturing Systems and Networks, where he leads research on the design and mechanics of additive manufacturing structures and materials. Before joining ASU, he spent two years at PADT Inc. in Tempe, Arizona, directing research and development in additive manufacturing. Dhruv also spent seven years at Intel, advancing laser-based manufacturing processes from early-stage research to high-volume production, and worked as a co-op apprentice at Tata Motors in the automotive industry.
