Daniel Fernando Prato Sánchez is an environmental engineer from EAN University, holding a Master's in Automotive Engineering and a Doctorate in Engineering Sciences from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. He is currently a PhD researcher at LOGYCA and the Latin American Center for Innovation in Logistics. Daniel specializes in using analytical tools to understand the physics behind pollutant dispersion, aiming to propose effective alternatives to reduce health risks. His expertise also extends to providing technical support for decision-making processes related to mobility and transportation in megacities, as well as assessing the environmental impact of vehicle emissions. His research contributions have been recognized in various academic publications, reflecting his commitment to advancing sustainable practices and improving public health outcomes through innovative environmental solutions.
Pedro Alejandro Aguilar Santamaría holds a Master's and a specialization in Teaching and Research from Sergio Arboleda University. He is the General Manager of ASK – Organizational Consulting at LOGYCA. With extensive experience in strategic planning, project formulation, production and operations planning, inventory management, and quality management systems, Pedro works across various sectors to enhance management processes. His expertise encompasses supply chain integration strategies, logistics, and the development of industrial processes. Maria Camila Reinoso Gálvez is an industrial engineer from the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, specializing in Business Process Management (BPM). With expertise in information analysis, distribution logistics, and process improvement and automation, she currently serves as a researcher at LOGYCA. In this role, Maria participates in various projects focused on sustainability, collaboration, and efficient operations, aiming to address contemporary challenges and promote flexible, efficient, and socially responsible value networks. Notable projects she has contributed to include a last mile logistics pilot in Bogotá (2020-2021), an analysis of food loss and waste in Colombian market squares (2019-2020), and initiatives related to circular economy and cash logistics in Colombia. Alex Fernando Bedoya Villamarín is an industrial engineer from Universidad Libre, holding certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, SCRUM Master, and Product Owner. Currently serving as a Leading Consultant at LOGYCA, he specializes in production, logistics, and distribution, employing strategic planning and execution to achieve business objectives. With over seven years of experience in developing and managing logistics projects across various sectors—including health, industrial, mass consumption, and floriculture—Alex applies project management methodologies and Lean Logistics principles to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective action plans.
