Clovis Fernandes: Esteemed Professor of Computer Science at ITA
Clovis Fernandes is a retired titular professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) and currently serves as a collaborating professor. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/Rio) in 1992. With extensive experience in the field of Computer Science, Clovis specializes in Software Engineering, focusing on topics such as Informatics in Education, Object-Oriented Programming, Hypermedia Systems, Collaborative Systems, and Software Testing. His contributions to academia and research have significantly impacted the development of these areas within the educational context.
Innovator in Software Development and Agile Methodologies
Eduardo Guerra is a collaborating professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) and a researcher at the National Institute for Space Research (INPE), where he also serves on the advisory board for the graduate program in Applied Computing. His research focuses on developing frameworks, software design and architecture, and agile methodologies. Eduardo has previously taught at ITA for six years, where he completed his undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees.
