Clovis Fernandes

Clovis Fernandes is a retired titular professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) and currently serves as a collaborating professor. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/Rio) in 1992.
