An Assistant Researcher at Nanjing University, he holds a PhD from the Faculty of Education at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on leveraging technology to promote balanced education, developing innovative teaching models, and implementing gamification in learning environments. He is dedicated to addressing two critical challenges in contemporary education: the imbalance in educational access and outdated teaching methodologies. His work encompasses research from macro, meso, and micro perspectives, leading to the completion of four projects, including two at the provincial and ministerial levels, one school-level project, and another project. He has participated in nearly ten national and ministerial research initiatives and published 50 articles, including two indexed in EI as the first author, one in ISTP, and 15 in CSSCI and core journals. Additionally, he has contributed to the editing of three books, including a chapter in an English encyclopedia. He also teaches two core graduate courses, enriching the academic experience of his students
