Yvonne Seng

Dr. Yvonne Seng is a lecturer in the Psychology and Child & Human Development Academic Group at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She obtained her B.Sc. from Loughborough University in the UK and her M.Sc. from Nanyang Technological University. Since joining NIE in 2011, she has held various teaching and management roles in Singapore schools, where she teaches courses on motivation, educational psychology, pedagogical practices, assessment, teacher-student relationships, and parent engagement. Dr. Seng is passionate about inspiring her students and is dedicated to their learning. Her research interests include motivation, positive education, values and life skills, team-based learning, and the development and validation of educational instruments.
