Professor Yuan Chunfeng, a faculty member in Computer Science at Nanjing University, plays a prominent role in advancing both education and research. He holds several key positions within the China Computer Society and Jiangsu Computer Society, contributing to committees on system structure and microcomputers. Yuan has overseen national and provincial quality courses, including "Computer Organization Principles," and has received numerous teaching awards, such as the National Teaching Achievement Second Prize in 2014 and the Jiangsu Province Teaching Achievement Special Prize in 2013. His textbooks, like "Computer Organization and System Structure," have been recognized as essential learning resources. In addition to his teaching, Professor Yuan's research spans big data computing, web information retrieval, and parallel processing, with over 30 projects, 60 published papers, and nearly 10 patents to his credit. His research achievements have earned him prestigious awards, including the Jiangsu Science and Technology Progress prize.
