Yenny Marcela Barreto Zorza is a nurse, specialist in Medical Law, Social Pediatrics, and Public Health, and a doctoral candidate in Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology. She is a young researcher at Colciencias and currently teaches at the Universidad del Rosario's School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Yenny has extensive experience in public health, particularly with vulnerable populations like ethnic minorities, migrants, and street dwellers. She is also involved in various research projects and is a member of several health research groups at the University of Rosario and the National University of Colombia.
