His academic credentials include a PhD and MRes from the European University Institute and an LL.M. from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas. As an invited Professor at the Hague Academy of International Law and Guest Professor at Sciences Po Law School, he brings extensive expertise in international law to multiple institutions.
