Wynde Jones

Dr. Wynde Jones is an Instructor at Louisiana State University's School of Leadership & Human Resource Development, bringing over 25 years of experience in college administration with a focus on program development for students, faculty, and staff. She earned her Ph.D. in Human Capital Development from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2020, following a Master’s degree in Counseling and College Student Personnel in 1997, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Marketing in 1991. Dr. Jones is skilled in leading and motivating student groups and staff, with a proven ability to build collaborative campus-wide programs that enhance student engagement and influence university culture. She is recognized for her excellent presentation and public speaking skills, as well as her effectiveness in overseeing programs dedicated to the holistic development of college students.
