Wilfred Knol is a researcher and teacher at the World Class Performance/Lean research group at HAN University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. He earned his Master of Science in Technology Management with honors from the University of Groningen in 2011. Following his experience managing and advising on IT systems at a Dutch telecommunications company, he began his PhD research at Radboud University, focusing on the intersection of operations management and organizational behavior, particularly within lean production systems.
