Victoria Simons

Victoria Simons serves as Chief of the Leadership and Employee Development Division at the Inter-American Development Bank, where she has established comprehensive learning programs for executives, supervisors, and management staff, including the Bank's flagship Emerging Women Leaders program. After earning her Master's in Education and Human Resource Management from George Washington University and completing executive leadership coaching certifications from Georgetown University and the Coaches Institute, she has built over 25 years of expertise in human resource management and organizational development. Her career includes executive positions at the World Bank and leadership program development at the U.S. Department of State.
