Veneta Andonova

Veneta Andonova, PhD, is an associate professor at the School of Management of the University of the Andes with extensive experience in executive education in Latin America. She is an active researcher, mentor, and consultant with publications related to business strategy, internationalization, and entrepreneurship. She is the founder of the Emerging Markets Research Network and the author of two books: Multinatinas: Strategies for Internationalization (2017) and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in Unexpected Places (2019).
