Varun Elembilassery

Prof. Varun Elembilassery, Assistant Professor in OB & HR at IIM Ranchi, combines academic excellence with extensive industry experience. A gold medalist from NIT Bhopal, he completed his doctoral studies in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. Prior to academia, he worked in the automobile and edu-tech sectors for seven years. He has held faculty positions at prestigious institutions like TAPMI Manipal and IIM Sambalpur. Prof. Elembilassery has published notable research and case studies in international journals and conducted training programs for leading organizations, including Coal India and Indian Oil Corporation. His research interests span macro and contextual HRM, learning, education, and sustainability, contributing to the evolving landscape of HR practices.
