Valeria Baudo

Valeria Baudo serves as a Project Manager and Instructional Designer at METID (Methods and Innovative Technologies for Learning) at Politecnico di Milano, where she specializes in MOOC development and gender equality initiatives. Her work focuses on designing innovative educational content with particular emphasis on promoting gender balance in STEM fields. She played a key role in the FOSTWOM Erasmus+ project (2019-2022), developing tools and methodologies to create gender-inclusive STEM MOOCs. As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Project Manager, she contributes to various initiatives including the development of gender-balanced educational content and participates in European discussions on diversity in higher education. Her expertise extends to platform management, community engagement, and the design of educational innovations that promote inclusive learning environments. Through her work on projects like "Women in STEM - a MOOC for Educators," she continues to advance gender equality in technical education.
